Hair work does not refer to the job done by the hairdresser, but rather to the work involved in creating the effect of hair growth both on the face and the head.
There are two methods utilized for hair application: The first involves actual human or animal fur; and the second involves the use of a pre-made hairpiece (hair that has been knotted [ventilated] onto lace netting).
With constant improvements in motion picture and television technology, detailed work is vital.
